To anyone that would be interested. This was a total disaster but there were many lessons learned:

1.) Grain mill, I had it set to something small enough that if it went through the mill it was flour but a lot of it did not
2.)I have the hellfire propane burner, the main valve only needs to be cracked open if not than you it wont work properly
3) I've got to keep a better track of my notes
             A.) because I can't remember what the original gravity is
             B.) not sure how much water I used and I ended up with 7 gallons instead of 5 I was aiming for.

Hopefully you could read this and laugh I know I am.

What I want to know is what information everyone uses. I'm using Beersmith 3 and it feels like there is an overload of information that I don't always use.  Now that I have a refractometer I like knowing what my gravity should be at certain points but other than that its the basics for me (ABV and IBU really)

anyone have any experience making a tripel? I'm assuming I shouldn't use my imperial juice yeast and warrior hops.

The old threads are raw in the old database. I couldn't get them imported, but I'm fairly sure I can get some of the most important ones copied back very manually.  It'll take time and effort.
